Refund policy
Workshop Products
The cancellation of a booked workshop is possible under the following conditions:
- One-day and two-day workshops can be canceled up to 3 days before the workshop starts. A cancellation fee of €20 will be charged.
- Intensive and special workshops lasting multiple days must be canceled at least 14 days before the workshop starts. A cancellation fee of €20 will also apply.
If a participant does not attend without prior notice or cancels outside the specified deadlines, no refund will be issued. In such cases, the participation fee can be converted into a voucher for a future workshop.
In case of illness, injury, or exceptional circumstances, it is the participant’s responsibility to inform Kö Keramik in a timely manner. If the schedule allows, an individual session may be rescheduled or postponed.
Kö Keramik reserves the right to cancel or postpone workshops or individual sessions for important reasons. In such cases, the participation fee will be refunded, or a new date will be arranged by mutual agreement.

Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within this period, provided it is in unused, original condition and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not liable for any loss or damage to returned items during transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receiving the return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions
Please note that personalized or custom-made items are excluded from returns unless they are defective.
